MemoHill provides AI-powered language learning flashcards that are compatible with Anki and other flashcard applications.

When using MemoHill's AI-powered features, including but not limited to image generation, you agree NOT to generate, request, or create content that includes:

• Sexual content or explicit material
• Violent or graphic content
• Images involving minors or child exploitation
• Deepfakes of real people without consent
• Hate speech, harassment, or extremist imagery
• Illegally copyrighted material
• Fake IDs, documents, currency, or other fraudulent materials

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action where applicable. MemoHill reserves the right to monitor content and take appropriate action against any violations.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of MemoHill, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not share your account credentials
• Not attempt to reverse engineer the service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with notice.
